After building the firm’s foundation by managing every early operational detail, he now specialises in land acquisition and strategic liaisoning. Vinil Kothari

Associate Director

Vinil Kothari serves as an Associate Director, bringing over seven years of specialised experience to the core leadership team at Shankeshwar Group. Holding an MBA in Construction and Project Management, he oversees site execution to ensure every project meets the group's exacting standards. His role is versatile, managing the procurement process alongside broader sales and marketing strategies. Associate Director
